WiggleBuddies are clear plastic strips with adhesive at both ends.  These strips create a 3D effect, similar to a foam dimensional.  However, WiggleBuddies allow your "popup" image to wiggle, not just stay poofy and static!

Just stick your "popup" to one end of the WiggleBuddie then bend the WiggleBuddie to create the amount of depth you want.  Stick the other end of the WiggleBuddie to your project (card, scrapbook page etc).  Then watch the giggles as your "popup" wiggles!

In the photo, the WiggleBuddie is underneath of the cake so that the cake will pop through the opening in the front of the card.
