When Will I get My Stuff?  Can You Guarantee that it'll Arrive on x Date?   Can you rush???

We know that everyone is excited to receive our wonderful products.  However, good things take time!

We usually pack your order and get it into the mailbox within 1-2 mail days.  Typically, Priority Mail takes 3-4 days.  However, we've had orders take 9 maildays or more.  We don't know why packages are delayed, we just know that we know that it has happened.  Our average box is received in less than 1 week.

However, we know that you want to know that you'll get your order in time for you to use on your next project.  Therefore, we highly recommend that you allow 2 weeks to get your stuff.  This will allow extra time for the mail to get there.  If you ask us whether we can "rush" your stuff, we'll tell you no.  We don't deliver your package, we rely on the post office to do that.  We can't make any promises about the service that the post office provides.

We DO NOT OFFER overnight, 2nd day or other "Express" shipping.

Will the Rhinestones stick to (fill in the blank)?

The hot fix rhinestones work best on porous surfaces such as paper and fabric.   They will stick to metal and glass but MAY NOT STICK FOR VERY LONG.   We're sorry but we're unsure about whether it'll stick on leather.    Don't use hot fix on plastic, vinyl or other surfaces that may be affected by heat.   For smooth, non-porous surfaces or heat sensitive surfaces, may we suggest that you use a stronger, liquid glue that is intended for such surfaces?  

Can You Help me Choose Colors or Create a Wedding Design in Rhinestones?   Would Hot Fix Rhinestones be good for Children to do for Fun?

Unfortunately, our geese are unable to provide custom design or consultation services.   We offer low, internet prices on our products, which do not allow us the luxury of offering free consultations.   If you're not sure of what you want or whether the products are appropriate for you, you'll want to shop at your local store where there are sales people to assist you in choosing just the right thing.   If you have a store that provides you with good consultation, please buy their product!   It's only fair to pay for the good advice that you receive from the experts.

Can I get a "bulk price"?

All of our pricing is on the website.  There are no further discounts.   Some people think we can offer much cheaper pricing on cheap Korean Rhinestones.  We don't offer cheap stuff.  Our Rhinestones are genuine Swarovski.   If you need Swarovski cheaper, you'll have to find a distributor.  We are retailers and do not offer rock bottom pricing.

Can I get a catalog?

We geese have our entire "catalog" right here, on our website.  No paper catalog is available - this keeps your prices low.
